Transform of Office 2003 not applied

Hi,

I am installaing Office 2003 (Word, Excel and Powerpoint only) and made a
MST file for that. When I install the same on a new machine, the installation
takes place perfectly fine (with all the changes I have done in the MST) .
But when I install it on the machine having Access 2000 only, then the
installation goes with few changes of MST ( and not complete). I am confused
whats happening as the installation in perfectly fine for Access 97 and
Access 2002. But only with Access 2000 I am not able to get the complete
application of MST installed.

Please suggest something.
