Transform with CIW and Registry

I have created a MST using CIW for Outlook 2003 (used ORK 2003).

In the CIW, I imported registry keys which I assumed is now part of the MST.
After the installation, those keys were not there. Any ideas?

Which keys? And how did you apply other settings? Generally, settings applied
on screens that occur later in the CIW override those applied with earlier
screens.
