Transforming Visio UML Shapes to Database Shapes

I'm looking for a way to "transform" the classes I have in Visio UML
model diagrams into a tables of a Visio Database Model Diagram.
Anyone done this or have ideas? I'm interested in hearing any
suggestions, even if they involve export/import, coding or even 3rd
party tools. Anyone know if something like this is a planned
enhancement to Visio?

My Visio Version: 2002/Version 10 for Enterprise Architects as
bundled with VS.Net.
