transitioning multiple items within one slide

how do display multiple items by clicking in one slide, for example, say I have one slide with a title, then in the same slide, i want bullet points by clicking on the mouse but werent there when i started the slide

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking, but if my interpretation is
correct the simplest thing to do is select a different Slide Layout for the
slide. By selecting a Layout that has the placeholders you want from the
Elements Gallery the current slide will be converted. Content will be
retained as long as the layout you choose has the appropriate placeholders -
although it's preferable to change the layout before adding content.
