Translate a Outline Code to an Enterprise Code

Hi,
I want to put, in Project Server 2003 the values who are in Enterprise
Project Outline CodeXX in Enterprise Project TextXX. If want to do with
Enterprise Project to Enterprise Project I put it with a Formula, but the
Outline Codes are invalid.
