translate in office 2003 to spanish

HI all,
Could someone explain to me how the transtation option works in office 2003?
I want my users to be able to translate without using the internet options.
Do I need to install something from the office cd to the arddrive?
I tested it using the world lingo over the internet but this is not an
option for my users. Also, couldn't figure out how to save the free
translation of my document to my harddrive.

Hi,
I read the article but I am still confused because it states that Office
2003 should have 1 to 6 different dictionaries. I need the Spanish one but
when I try to translate it doesn't work.
Does Office 2003 in fact come with the spanish dictionary?

The Spanish dictionary exists to correct and recognise Spanish.. it does not
translate as you type.. online translators are inaccurate at best, and
insulting at worst..

The best way to get good translations is to use the services of a human who
is 'au fait' with both languages..

which say they translate, it is not worth it?

They are ok for just translating individual words, but I would not trust
them beyond that..

Try this online translator..

Type or paste a few sentences into it, and then translate it.. then copy the
text and do a reverse translation.. you will see what I mean..

For confirmation, show an translation to somebody au fait with both
languages and get their opinion..

I have seen examples which were destined to be applied to a product's
packaging, and all of the language translations were just too funny..
fortunately, they were in 'proof', and were withdrawn before the product
went out on sale..
