translating english to welsh

It seems that Microsoft offer nearly every language in the world in
translation mode on the PC, however they do not offer Welsh as a translation
package which I find quite offensive. It is still a language used very much
in everyday life in Wales and I think should be offered within the
translation part of Microsoft office.
I am aware that it is not such a popular language as french but since you
offer other languages why not my native tongue?

I would therefore like any suggestion of how as a Teacher I can get help
with translating my class work into a Welsh format on the computer.

Yopur faithfully

Cymru am Byth..

I also have misgivings about the way that Welsh people are treated.. half of
my family are of Welsh origin and I am proud of that.. but it does not alter
the fact that Welsh and their language are something of a minority within
Great Britain, let alone globally..

The other thing you should know is that computer translators do so in a
'word by word' literal translation way.. while many words are translated
accurately, some things that we say in one language do not translate well
into another.. the best way to translate from one language to another is to
use a 'human' translator.. that way, there will be no ensuing war brought
about by the inevitable misunderstanding that a computer translator would
promote..
