Translation and Sounds

Hi. I am having problems using translator for Word 2002
and adding sound background. The problem is that these
are just working when there is administrator priviliges.
For the restricted account there is no way to use
traslator and less using the web. Does some body can help
me with this issue?

Which translator are you using? Is it a Microsoft product?

I am using the translator that comes with Word 2002, and
the add in of wt lingo utility to work with the web site.

But, as I told you it just run under administrative
privileges,
