Translation error - Export Excel to Outlook (Contacts)

I get an error "An error occured while importing or exporting and the
import/export was terminated. MAPI error 0x80070057 was reported. Please
try to import/export again later."

I have gone back over my steps and don't see that I did anything wrong.

My procedure is as follows:

Named the range of cells to transfer
Saved the workbook
Closed workbook
Start outlook.
File
Import and Export
Import from another program or file
Selected Excel
Browsed to find file name
Select Contacts as destination
Didn't map custom fields, as I named column headings to match contacts field
names
Finish

Any ideas?
