Translation ScreenTip doesn't work

The Translation ScreenTip property doesn't work in Word 2007, although it was
working well in the beta version. Can any one help me to know the reason?

As you mention the use of it as a property, can you be a bit more specific on your configuration and the steps you're using?

It's working fine here. Right-click a word in a document, click on
Translate, and make sure that Turn off Translation ScreenTip is not checked,
and that the desired language IS checked.

Let me amend that... it's working fine for English, French, and Spanish.
It's not working when set to Arabic (and I've no clue how Arabic got on the
menu, since it's not something I put there).
