Translation Screentip in Word 2007 Not Working

Hi,

I'm currently creating documents in French, and I'm a native English
speaker. In the past I've found the translation screentips immensely
useful for checking gender etc. However, I've recently had to
reinstall windows (and hence Office), and now the screen tips refuse
to work. When I wave the pointer over a french word, the tip simply
says "no translation" (this is for every word).

I can use Alt+Click for translating entire phrases, but for some
reason the tooltip is not working. If anyone has any ideas or even a
solution I would be extremely grateful.

After reinstalling this problem seems to have disappeared. Oh well, a
useful post anyway.
