hey im Dutch and i need some help on the translation function of Word 2008 for Mac I looked all over the internet on how to actually use it, but cant find anything.

What i wanted to do is too translate a letter written in Dutch to a letter written in English.

Can anyone tell me what to do?

PS) i know this options is available in Word for Vista, but i dont know if its actually possible on a mac (it should be possible though). I know most of the Grammer will be messed up too but i dont care about that.

Thanks in Advance

Open the file in Word, then select the Reference Tools Palette in the
Toolbox [use View> Reference Tools if necessary to launch the Toolbox.

Near the bottom of the palette click Translate & proceed from there... Just
keep in mind that you need an active internet connection to use the service.

My Internet connection is rather passive. How active does it have to be?

For translation to work well, a ping time less than 200 milliseconds is
goodness.

There's a fair bit of hand-shaking with the authentication server and the
translation servers, and sluggish ping times will result in time-out issues.

Time to send that connection to the gym...
