Trap the Forward event of MailItem using VB Com ADD-in

Hi there,

I am looking to the proper way of intercepting the MailItem_Forward event
form my com addin ?
I wonder where to declare the event handler.

I can declare a withevents variable of type mailitem however where do I tell
Outllok to use this handler ?
