Trapping keyboards events while in the text editor?

Does anyone know how to receive keybaord events while editing text in a shape?

I want to make the Enter key the key that stops text editing. Right now, it
seems only the escape key and clicking outside the shape stop the editor.

As far as I know you can't do that directly, however,
you could set the text protection on the shape, then create a macro to
allow a single line of text to be entered and set the shape's double
click event to this macro.
