Trash and Bin

I have an (Gmail) IMAP account which allows me to access on my PC (Outlook
2010) and my Android phone.
Android gives me the option of 'Archive' or 'Delete'. If I choose Delete
then the mail goes to the Bin, but Archive leaves it in All Mail. Fine.
Outlook deletes mail to 'Trash' which clears when I close. In order to Bin
the mail I have to drag them.
Can I set Outlook up to behave like my Android?
