Travel drive K

I saved some documents in word onto my travel drive K now somehow all my
documents have switched to notepad on the travel drive K. When I want to
view the documents they come out scambled. If I open them up individually I
can view them but they do not go back to word as orginally to view I have to
go through a process to view. If I e-mail any of these documents they are
received scrambled.

Never edit or save directly to any form of removable media using Word.
Always save or edit using the local HDD and then COPY to and from the REM
media.
