Tree Listing

Hi,
I have many CDs all with drivers on them. I would like to create an excel
database which will show all of the drivers by manufacturer. I have seen a
spreadsheet which has the + sign at the side of a cell and when clicked
opens a list but I cannot remember where it was or how to do it.
Can anyone help me out here

it's called outlining and can be found under tools / group & outline ...

In xl2k "Group & Outline" is under "Data".
