Trend Line of Excel Chart

I need some help with a trend line in Excel Chart that has
been puzzling me.

I have made an Excel chart for which trend lines are drawn
(polynomial & Exponential). But on substituting the values
in the equation i am getting a great difference in the
result.

can anybody help me in this regard?
