My boss has a treo 650 and has been succesfully synching with Outlook. We use
SBS exchange.
Of late, he's started adding new categories to his outlook contacts. When he
adds a new category and re-synchs, the new category designation doesn't show
up for that contact.
He then goes to the Treo and adds the new category to the contact and then
synchs back to the office and it still doesn't show up.
Any suggestions on how to get the synching to work in both directions when
adding new categories to the master category, and then when assigning those
categories to specific contacts?
