Trial Install Version

I just received my trial version of Office. I installed and then opened the
programs, such as Access and Excel, and immediately received a message that
my product expires 4 days (Tues Nov 4). I'm so disappointed. I bought this
thinking I'd have 1-2 months to try this out but now I have a few work days.
Is this an error or is this what I paid $12 to have them ship me?

This isn't Microsoft's business offices, who would seem to be the people to
contact for your problem.

I don't know the scheme by which Microsoft protects trial versions, but I
thought they were "so many days after install". How long have you had that
copy sitting around before you installed it -- perhaps it is a fixed number
of days since download or since the CD was created.
