Trial Issues

I installed the trial version and I am having multiple issues. It shows all
my contacts including myself who I have added to the list as being offline.
Nothing I do will resolve the issue. I am hard wired. No firewalls are on.
I have installed and reinstalled and still to no avail is it working. =(

Odd thing is I have installed it and deleted from registry and it maintains
my information am I missing something. Also, I am getting this error
"0xd000096" unknown error.

Any suggestions would be most helpful. This sure isn't encouraging to
purchase the product.

What is your environment?

OS, memory, connection speed, etc.

How did you add your contacts? Are your contacts also using Groove?
