trial key does not work

I have the trial key but it says that the key is invalid.

I tried and tried but it doesnt work,

I dont know what else to do!

The trial key for what? Are you trying to install Microsoft Access, the
database application that is part of MS Office Professional? Where did you
get the trial key?

A few more details please.
