Trial MS Outlook 2007 Professional

I dowloaded a trial version of 2007 pro on two computers. I had to use the
product key on the first computer and it seems to work properly. I did not
have to use a product key on the second pc and it apparently automatically
used one for Accounting. All now freezes temporarily. Any help would be
appreciated.
