Trial version expired after 1 day

i've never installed any version of Project before. The installation expired
today - i installed it yesterday. Any ideas why?

Hello Jim,
Try to change a key in the Registry : (Be carefull withe the registry, make
a backup !)
Go Start / Run : "regedit"
Change:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER->Software->Microsoft->Office->10.0->MS
Project->Options->General->FirstBoot to equal 1

I was having trouble saving project files so I set FirstBoot to 1, as per
this message, now it says that Project has expired. This is after a week.
What is the trial period? Can I reset it somehow?
