trial version of Publisher 2003 available?

Interested in getting a trial version of Publisher 2003, but the Web page to
request it (at link below) says: "We are currently experiencing technical
issues with this download, please try again later." Actually, my
understanding is that it's a CD to be ordered, not a download, but in either
case, I can't get there from here. Is there a phone number I could call
instead to request this? Thanks!
