Trial Version of software??

To whom ever can help me,

I was wondering if there was a trial version of Microsoft Office for
Macintosh available that I could possibly access? The reason why I am
interested is because I'm not happy the way AppleWorks is functioning and
want to have a look at Office before I purchase the package, as in a few
weeks I am upgrading my current system MacOs 9.2.2 to MacX. I would also
like to be able to use Office and Outlook Express, (which I already have,
version 5) together through mail merge etc. I am looking for a version
compatible for my current system, if you could help me in any way by
pointing me in the right direction I would be much obliged and very greatful

It's a free download that works for limited time.

And Office X includes Entourage, the successor to Outlook Express (OE can
only run in Classic). Entourage is much more sophisticated than OE ever was
, but is built upon it and will look and feel familiar to you. It's also
much more tightly integrated with the other office apps than OE ever was.
Word X's Mail Merge called Data Merge Manager - using the Entourage Address
Book - is something outstanding.
