Trial version office 2007 Home & Student

Hi,

I had to reset my laptop to the factory default settings, which loaded the
trial version of Office 2007 Home & Student

I removed the Office Activation Assistant and Office 2007 via the control
panel >programs and features, rebooting after each removal, removal was in
the order shown

I then installed Office 2003 (Default install) updated Office for any
Microsoft downloads, then ativated and re-registered Office

When I load Excel it shows the EULA screen and asks for acceptance, every
time I load it, when checking under help it says the product is already
activated.

How do I stop this happening, I have restored the factory setting twice to
make sure that I did not make an error, and the problem happened on both
reloads.

Thank you

Bob Thanks

When my laptop boots it logs me in as John's which has adminstrator rights,
but I dont seem able to stop the EULA continually being shown

I have tried to right click the Excel icon on the desktop to see if is shows
"open as administrator" but it does not show.

Can you please tell me the correct way to make this change?

My OS is Vista Home Premium SP2

Thanks

I have resolved this problem by following KB884202 and editing the registry
