Trial version printing problem

Hi,

I downloaded a trial version of MS Project 07 to get a feel for it before i
buy it, but I am unable to print any of the reports. This is not a problem
with the print drivers as I am able to print from every other application.
When the print preview comes up and I click print, the Printer name is grey
out so I am unable to select it. Is this because it is a trial version? Any
help and thoughts would be appreciated.

Hello Tichaona,

The inability to select a printer from Print Preview is normal for
Project -- not an issue of the trial version at all. To select a
different printer, close print preview and return to the project file.
Choose File > Print in the menu and select your printer in the print
dialog box. Click Close to close the Print dialog box. Then show
your report or view and print with the selected printer.

Hi Julie,

Thanks for the response. I spent hours yesterday trying to figure out why I
could select a different print, then by mistake I clicked ok and it printed
from my canon, but I was trying to get it to print to PDF, I then decided to
change my default printer to the PDF one and thats how I was printing from
Project. So your advice makes sense now, I thought it was a problem with the
download or it was a only happening because I was usign a trial version.
