trial will not disapear from full bought version

I purchased a full version of OneNote after I downloaded a trial version. I
installed it but it still shows I still have a trial version. I have put in
the key and it was excepted with a green checkmark. I even went as far as to
delete OneNote from control panel remove a program and then again from the
disk using remove. I then reinstalled it as if it were a new installation.
When I open the program up it shows Microsoft Office OneNote non-commercial
use(trial) at hte very top. Is there anyway to verify that the software I
have is a full version and not a trial put in by mistake?

What does the software tell you when you click on Help menu | Activate
Product?

If the product is properly activated you should get a popup saying "This
product has already been activated".

When I click on the help menu and then Activate, it says you may convert at
any time. When I put in the key that came on the unsealed box I get "The key
is incorrect. Verify that you have the correct key and retype it". I don't
understand why it will not convert.

I had the same thing happen. I assumed that I still had the trial version,
as I was not able to work on the 2003 files nor was I able to upgrade them to
2007. Consequently I just finished downloading another Trail version which
apparently downloaded OK; however all files are still read only and I can not
create new files. If I purchase the trial can I then upgtade my 2003 files
to 2007 and edit them and then also create new workbooks?

You should be able to do all of that with the trial version of 2007. The
trial version is 100% feature complete and is not limited in any way, other
than it not working after the trial period is over.

Thank you. I will work on this today.
