Trick with sender email: how to?

I need carry one task:

What settings(detail)I need configure in Outlook-2000, to
solve the following task:
I need make that emails, received from one sender was
return back to sender with text something like: "Recipient
has rejected this sender as spam". But, at the same time,
I need read this email received from this sender(sender
should not know this).
