tried to turn off computer. End Program not responding. How fix?

I have a Windows XP Home computer.
Everything works ok except after I use Microsoft Word. When I try to turn
off my computer a popup box titled: "ccSvcHst" says, "End Program not
responding".

How do I fix this?
