Is it possible to create an event that will be trigger when the user closes a query result window?

They run a query, it displays the result in a window. I want an event that will be triggered when they close that window

Use a form - continuous or datasheet - instead of a query.

Base the form on the query. Then you will have an event model you can
utilize.
