trigger excel macro with VBA

I need to trigger excel macro with VBA. It used to work on another computer,
but when I try to run it my PC the Access VBA does not see my Personal.xls
(macro file)

Did you check your macro security settings in Excel on the new machine?
If that does not help, post more information such as versions of Access and
Excel and the code that used to work, both in Access and Excel.
