Trouble adding picture frame

I cannot add a new picture frame next to my existing pictures. I want the the
picture in the new frame to change when hovering over another picture. Also I
would like to add a frame of solid color between the new frame and the
existing pictures. The site is terrarossa.us.

What do you mean by "picture frame"? How are you trying to add it?

I assume the user means a thumbnail pic that you mouse-over that swaps and
shows the larger image but the large image separate form the thumbnail.

Maybe something like this (rather cool effect, but maybe the OP doesn't need
anything this elaborate)

likely give the OP some ideas, but I didn't find the one that I think he's
thinking of. Simple mouse over a thumbnail and it activates the larger
version.

Unless the OP is talking about the FP Photo Gallery.....?
