Trouble Creating Fully Trusted Form

Hey,

I have a form that I'm trying to make fully trusted using the regform.exe.
The following is the error I receive after double clicking the .js file (I
make it past the first 2 dialog boxes).

Specifed url is not local.

The form I'm trying to make fully trusted resides on a shared network drive.
Not sure if that makes a difference.
