trouble downloading attached file in outlook 03

Hi,

Yesterday, i received an email from a trusted source coming to my inbox in
outlook. It has an attachment file - zip file. The problem is i can't
download it onto my local computer. I think this is to do with the security
in outlook. How do i tell outlook to allow me to download?

BTW, i'm using office 03 Professional.

What happens if you open the message in question and pick File > Save
Attachments?

The attachment does not appear in the message and i can also see that there
is a outlook message on top of the message email that says "outlook blocked
access to the following potentially unsafe attachment: blahblah.mdb". I think
i have set it up by accident but don't know how to undo it.

Access Databases are blocked by default, but
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup/getexe.asp should help you get at
any blocked attachment type.
