trouble exporting Access 2000 report to another database

I created a report with a chart at the end of it in
Access XP with Access 2000 format. I then exported the
report to an Access 2000 database. When I run the report
I receive the error message "OLE server must be
installed" and the chart is blank. I then get a bunch of
fault errors - even when I go into Help. Can I not
export charts? Do you have any ideas on how to fix?
