We're trying to export a report to Excel and getting the following error:
The formats that enable you to output as a Microsoft Excel, rich-text
format, MS-DOS text, or HTML file are missing from the Windows Registry. Run
Setup to reinstall <application name> or, if you are familiar with the
settings in the Regsitry, try to correct them yourself. For more information
on the Registry, click Help.
Other reports in the same application work fine.
When I print preview the report, I can see nothing out of the ordinary.
Microsoft Knowledgebase suggests that the application may not have
permission to write to the file that is being exported; either because of
permissions or because the path doesn't exist. Check both of these options
and it's resolved nothing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
