Trouble importing file in dbIV format

I have an access application for which I regularly import some files in dbIV
format. I have done this in the past for this application with no problems.
Now today, when I tried to import a file I get the message "index not
found". This is error 3015 and the error message says "You tried to use a
table that is not an index. You can determine the valid index names by
looking in the INdexes collection of the TableDef object".

In talking with the network administrator, the only thing that may changed
on the network is that they did an MS Office update recently. Does anyone
have any clues as the what may be the problem here?
