Trouble installing ACCESS 2.0

I am trying to install ACCESS 2.0 in my computer, and keep
getting the following message:
"NOT ENOUGHT MEMORY OR DISK SPACE"

My system has the following:
20 gig HD
256 mb Ram
Windows Millenium

Can you offer any solutions???
