Trouble installing office 2000

I recently had to rebuild my hard drive, so set up
Windows 2000 pro on an HP with Athalon chip. When I try
to reinstall my office 2000, it either gets about half way
through and then says it can't find Office.cabs, or it
won't start installing at all and says that I need
to "install microsoft internet information server (IIS)4.0
I'd appreciate any help. I tried the knowledge base for
download without success.
