Trouble installing Office 2003 Pro SP3

It looks like I'm not the only one having problems. I have looked through
the postings and have not found my problem. I hope someone has a good idea!
I am using Windows XP. Below is the message I receive:

Error details - Office 2003 Service Pack 3 (SP3)(English Version) failed to
install.

Error signature -
