Hello,
We have had Visio 2003 Pro running fine of a computer for about amonth or so
and it all of sudden just stopped working. When we try to open a visio
document we get an error saying: "Visio failed to start correctly last time.
Starting Visio in safe mode will help you correct or isolate a startup
problen in order to successfully start the program. So you want to start in
safe Mode? Yes or no" When you click yes or no nothing happens, the program
soft of flashes on the screen and then disappears.
The strange thing is that it is only giving this error message when one
particaular user in logged into the computer, all other usres on that
computer can open visio fine.
Any suggestion would be wonderful.
