If an account has been set up for someone as Windows Authentication, and they
are actually sitting at someone else's desk, why is it they cannot open a Web
Access window, log off the first person (it uses Windows Authentication so
automatically logs to the first person), and then use the logon page to enter
their userid/password and get access? when we try to do that, the invalide
user/password response comes back.
