Trouble opening an attachment

This happens only with one person's email. The "unexpected file format"
error show's the attachment is trying to be opened in Label Factory. Outlook
2003 sp 2. Any suggestions?? Thanks...

That person apparently has an invalid file type association in his or her
registry.
