Trouble Printing Documents.

I have been frustrated recently by an occassional problem when trying to
print Word documents. I know immediately that there is a problem when the
printer icon on my toolbar fails to launch. System utilization goes to 100%
and I must exit. I then have to reboot. Sometimes it works other times it
does not. DELL tech support had me remove the .dot template but I have seen
no difference. Anyone else have the same or similar problem?

Interesting that I never received your reply even though I checked "Notify me
of replies" box. Anyway. Could you please elaborate on your response to
clean up my hard drive? If that's the problem, why is there no problem with
Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher. Only Word is the problem.
