trouble printing from publisher on Dell Photo 964

I cannot print multiple copies of one page in publisher documents with more
than one page, eg a brochure or manual. I get an error message relating to
spool app - document will print on other printers. Has anyone else had
problems with Dell Photo 964 printer and publisher?
