Trouble Printing handouts

P

Peggy Grall

Can anyone tell me how to solve my problem of printing handouts...

I go to the print screen tell it to print 3 to a page, black & white it
shows me the preview and in the preview some of the text on some of the
slides does not show neither does it print when I print it....the problem
is with random slides, nothing special, white background, black text...and
the very next slide with the same type of layout will print...

I have Mac Book Pro Leopard, PPT 2008

Any help will be appreciated...TODAY ....as I have to use these for tomorrow
:-(

Hi Peggy

In the full File > Print dialog box go into the printer settings and
choose a higher quality output. That might do the trick for you.

In addition to Jim's suggestion, start with the basics: Check the mfr's site
for a updated printer driver & that your installation of Office (12.1.5) &
OS X (10.5.6) are fully updated.
