Trouble printing in Office

One of our users cannot print any documents in the Office
Suite to our colour printer. He is the only one with this
problem on the network and he only has this problem with
one of the printers, all the others work fine. He gets an
error after he selects that printer and the program
closes. He has no problem printing to this printer using
any other program not part of the MS Office suite. Has
anyone ever gotten this problem or know how to correct
it? We have already checks for updates and downloaded
them to his computer.
