Trouble publishing...

I'm having trouble publishing my FP website. It's been awhile since I
published my website, but I have done so in the past. When I try I get a
window that says the FP extensions have not been enabled. The publishing
will complete, but without the FP dynamics, such as banners and theme. I
have talked to several people at my ISP and they insist they have been
enabled. The other thing that happens is that even though I will just make
one small change to one page, it takes over an hour to complete the process.
I spent hours on this yesterday and failed to figure it out. Help!

You can tell if your site has fp extensions installed (although not
necessarily working) by
http://www.yourwebsite.com/_vti_inf.html
if they are installed it will return a page with a sentence that says
so....if not installed you'll get a page not found error.

[FrontPage Savvy]

Go to:
Tools>Page Options>Compatibility>put a check in the little box "Enabled With
Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions" and see if that works.
